Our Service

Promptular is a web application for saving, organizing, and launching AI prompts. It offers a free tier with core functionality and an optional one-time Pro upgrade for additional features.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may update your information or delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Pricing and Payments

The free tier is available at no cost with core functionality. Pro upgrades are one-time lifetime purchases with no recurring fees. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices may change, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on Pro upgrades. The free tier lets you fully evaluate the app before purchasing. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of any prompts, notes, and other content you create using Promptular. We do not claim any rights to your content. By using the app, you grant us only the limited right to store and process your content as necessary to provide the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting unauthorized access, distributing harmful content, interfering with other users, or using automated tools to scrape or overload our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within Promptular is owned by Decal Venue, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Promptular available and running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the app offline for maintenance or updates.

Limitation of Liability

Promptular is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Pro upgrade.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
